Appeal NJ Superior Court Transcripts

Follow these steps:

1. Download and fill out an NJ COURT TRANSCRIPT REQUEST. Save the PDF document on your computer.
2. Review the list and locate your local County Transcript Office. Take note of their email address. We will need it next. 
3. Email the NJ COURT TRANSCRIPT REQUEST form you just filled out, and that you saved on your computer, to the appropriate local County Transcript Office from the list. 
   1. You must request the services of The Digital Deposition Group in your email request to the court, or we won’t receive the sound file for transcription.
4. Before we can begin transcription, a deposit is required. Once we have received your order and the sound file from the Transcript Office, we will do the following:
   1. Email you with the specific deposit amount
   2. Provide clear payment instructions
   3. Include a link so you can make a secure credit card payment directly on our website
